I as hoping he would end up at Pitt.

Pitt has some talented Linebackers, but some shaky ones as well.

Dan Mason is an absolute freak for even being able to put on pads again after his injury. He is a question mark.
Todd Thomas is coming off an injury, but I like his athleticism, still undersized though.
Ejuan Price was a highly regarded HS player, played well at times last year.

Other than that, bunch of guys that have never really played. Hull would have started.

Chris Peak at Pantherlair does some pretty good stuff.

It is a simple status report of who is actually on the team. Pitt is not at the max use of scolarships mainly because some Todd Graham guys left, and some Wanny guys left before him. Leaves Pitt open to 22 scholarships for the recruiting class of 2013.

Funny how things happen. Wannstadt, in his last recruiting class, received a commitment from highly touted LB Ben Kline from Dallastown High School near York. When Wannstadt left Pitt, Kline decided to bail and signed with Penn State. Now Pitt is without a potentially good linebacker for this year, and Kline's future is in limbo with Penn State.
