Looks like BG covered the spread AND won.

That is so impressive by itself, but factor in that they did it without Chadbourn...wow. I'm a believer.

Winning games is about having good chemistry. It is not about how many studs you may have or banking on your school's winning tradition. If they keep working hard they will beat Bishop McCort but to keep with "tradition" please make sure when you pick your teams of the week that week pick Bishop McCort over BG those predictions seems to be lucky for BG.

Watching BG play against Forest Hills and Penn Cambria, they are built very similarly to McCort.

Both are opportunistic defenses.... McCort has 14 turnovers Guilfoyle has 13.
Both teams have big physical defensive lines led by two solid seniors....Nick Ceschini for BG, Gap Barbin for BM.

Common opponents....

Forest Hills
McCort won 10-6, Guilfoyle won 14-0

Bedford
McCort won 38-14, Guilfoyle won 42-0

Richland
McCort lost 17-10, Guilfoyle lost 35-12

McCort throws it better, Guilfoyle runs it better.

It will be a heck of a game, still a few weeks away. Guilfoyle has an easier road before the big game, McCort has to deal with two rivalries(not the best teams, still rivalries) and Heights.

I feel after Bellwood, McCort and BG are the next best teams. The standings likely won't play out that way..
