D6SN Weekly Outlook October 21.

Post by Crimson's Ghost »

Hey Everybody, big thanks to all of our viewers of the Bellwood-Antis-Northern Bedford game from Friday night.

For the most part everything went really well, had some internet issues in the forth quarter. But if you don't know, Northern Bedford is a bit out there, tech things sometimes get messed up a bit. We apologize for that.

Huge Thanks to our sponsors from the game! And that would be OIP Woodbury and Homestead Nutrition. The OIP chicken parm sandwich was on point, check them out especially the one in Woodbury!

Also big thanks to everyone that helped us out in Northern Bedford. Coach, you were big help and hope we can make it back sometime in the future!

Big week ahead, here is what is on tap....

Monday. My weekly LHAC picks will be up.
Tuesday. The D6SN State Rankings will also be available.
Wednesday. The Weekly podcast will be online.
The Podcast rundown.....
1. Week Eight Review-Bellwood/No. Bedford, Somerset/Forest Hills, Bishop McCort/Cambria Heights, Homer Center/Ligonier Valley, and Richland/Penn Cambria
2. The Heisman rankings. The top 3 players in the area!
3. The Power Rankings. Top 5 teams in A, and AA. Some major changes this week
4. The Week Nine Breakdown! North Star-Blacklick Valley, Ligonier-Northern Cambria, Homer Center-Penns Manor, Blairsville-Portage, maybe even some Mifflin County-State College talk.....Hey Altoona may be in a playoff fight! Could hear a bit about them.
And Thursday, the increasingly popular XBox Keys to the game.

And that brings us to....our game of the week!
Friday night, LIVE from the Point Stadium 7-1 Bishop Guilfoyle will travel to Johnstown to take on old time rival 5-3 Bishop McCort.

Guilfoyle is sitting #2 in the D6 rankings, and McCort is sitting #8. McCort will need a win here to make the playoffs. We will take a look into the old time rivalry between Altoona Catholic and Johnstown Catholic on the podcast.

And you can obviously assume already that our broadcast finale for the 2012 season will be in Bellwood for the Richland-Bellwood game. Just a heads up.
