Re: Fetzer Stepping Down at Penn Cambria
it's a little different comparing a prima donna player who has played a few years compared to a coach who has been in the game for 30+.

You're right.
I expect more from the coach/educator.

Not sure what prompted his decision but waiting another two weeks and finishing out the season is not unreasonable.
When you ask players to sacrifice and then you bail is not right.

It's really wrong to rip on the man when you don't know why. Let it play out before you judge!

not sure why Fetzer stepped down but I'm sure he has a good reason. so instead of taking a cheap bash at him and talking about him on bleachercoaches, why don't you just wish him the best.

Little more to the story.....I'm not so sure he wasn't asked to resign.
Re: Fetzer Stepping Down at Penn Cambria
By who? Himself? He was the AD.
Re: Fetzer Stepping Down at Penn Cambria
I believe in most school districts the superintendent, principal and school board outrank the football coach or the AD.
Re: Fetzer Stepping Down at Penn Cambria
Key word there is "most". I was just joking anyhow.
Just kinda sad to see Coach Fetzer's career come to an end this way whatever the circumstances were.
