it's a little different comparing a prima donna player who has played a few years compared to a coach who has been in the game for 30+.

Not sure what prompted his decision but waiting another two weeks and finishing out the season is not unreasonable.
When you ask players to sacrifice and then you bail is not right.

not sure why Fetzer stepped down but I'm sure he has a good reason. so instead of taking a cheap bash at him and talking about him on bleachercoaches, why don't you just wish him the best.

I believe in most school districts the superintendent, principal and school board outrank the football coach or the AD.

Key word there is "most". I was just joking anyhow.

Just kinda sad to see Coach Fetzer's career come to an end this way whatever the circumstances were.
