They do. I felt the same way when they almost upset Youngstown State this year, but then Youngstown State pulled away in the second half.

I got a gut feeling about this one. I really like ND this year, they have a really cool team to watch. My hope is they win the National Title. This game has upset written all over it, though. Pitt has beat VT, just handled a Temple team easily, and as it was Penn State bowl game last week, this is Pitt's bowl game. (unless you count the Spark Plug Wire Bowl)

It would be nice to see Pitt win this game. Their program really needs it.

Man.... Don't feel bad about calling this would be a close one. I had a feeling the Panthers would play the Irish tough.

Ray Graham looked awesome, almost 100% back to last year.


I will take it to the grave that it was not pass interference on 4th and 8 when ND was down 20-6. Not blaming the loss on the officials, but man the was a really bad call. And when you are playing a much better team, you truly can't afford things like that to go against you.

Pitt had a chance to win it with an easy Field Goal, can't ask for much more. That was a big step for Chryst and the program. Heartbreaking, but it was a great game to watch. Maybe one of the best of the season.

Oh, and Pitt will lose to UConn Friday night. No doubt in my mind.
