Shade at it again

As long as Fyock stays there Shade will be the best program in the area and will always be in the hunt for a district title, yeah they might not domimate everyone like they are this year, but if you're a player or coach from another school and have a smile on your face thinking that your team will have an easy game with Shade next year because they lose 4 starters then you better wipe it off quick because Shade will still be good next year.

They will be able to compete next year because they will still have Nash. Key word is COMPETE. After next season Shade will go back to what they were for years.

Haha keep thinking that, your going to be sorely mistaken. As long as Fyock stays, the team will have 15+ game winning seasons.

I agree with both of you on that one. One being fyock with less talent will still beat most other coaches in the county with less. And 2 fyock will really be hurting down the road because shade doesn't have a player that could make an all county team coming up thru the ranks like a fyock/ walker. they don't even have a medva/young walker coming up with any talent compared to that. Their best chance is wades nephew who is getting better and the younger kiser kid and maybe the j-town christian pyles kid. I don't know what grade that tall holland kid is in, but has a lot of height if he can get corrdinated. And I don't know if any younger kids from j-town christian are coming up with any talent. So yes they probably could win 15+, but yes will not go anywhere. Who knows if wade stays next year??? Maybe he will take the girls?? Unless muha stays with them next year again.

Hey letsgo have u seen Shade play lately? They have 3 guys that come off the bench that have gotten better since season start! With Fyock there Shade will compete with teams from the area!

No shades run won't last long. Look at Windber! Fyock did a great job turning the program around! Hopefully he stays

Yes I have seen shade play lately. How about every game the last two seasons. Once again people taking things all personal. I never said they weren't a good team. They are a great team this season, and will still be competitive next season. After that there is going to be a major major drop off.

I'm not taking things personal! If u read the posts it seems people attack Fyock for what he has done over what the last 8 years! I agree there will be a falloff but if Fyock stays n keeps the kids in summer leagues outside of Johnstown they should be good players. But this years team has the chance to break the wins record set by the 08 team I think which list the Serra Catholic in state quarterfinals

I agree he has turned Shade around and thats better for everyone. People just need to realize that there is going to be a big drop off in talent with Shade in the next 2 seasons. I agree if Fyock does stay with the boys that they will be able to compete with teams. Major rumor is that he may decide to take the girls job at Shade, which would be a major win for the Shade girls program.
