Vilet has been keeping that team afloat. Only returning starter from last year, dealt a tough hand this year. But that game is closer than I thought it would be. Johnstown was up 31-22 at the half.

Classic ending up at Richland, @RichlandBball did a nice job with the tweets. Richland hit a three to tie it at 57 with 4 seconds, Johnstown's Fields was fouled somewhere in between and made 1/2. Johnstown escapes 58-57.

I see Somerset beat Westmont 65-52. The 3 point third quarter for Westmont pretty much is the story of that game.

Haven't heard any other LHAC scores yet.

Westy was hot with 22 in the 1st, but had 7 in the 2nd and 6 in the 3rd which did them in.

FH won -1- game, somehow. Thats it, no more. New record for futility at FH in boys hoops. The record is maybe 30 some almost 40? years old. There's always next year.

I don't know about next year for them either. They weren't that good varsity or jv. I didn't see much height or talent on the horizon there. Donoughe about the best and then oswalt. Other than them it is pretty shady. They may get 5-6 wins next year unless they have jr. high talent that is better than their varsity players. Not use to seeing fh that bad. I guess it happens to the best of programs.

That was my guess for the Rangers also, next yr. 5 or 6 wins. The 9th gr. team is pretty decent, a little size, some shooters and defenders. Maybe 2 years to be .500? Sorry for the thread hijack. Someone else brought it up.
