Re: Scrimmage reports - Week 1
No longer listed on the roster. Of the 4 QBS, he was probably the 4th, even behind the freshman.
I've seen McCort teams get beat up in scrimmages, but figure things out pretty quickly before the season. They have a lot returning. I feel pretty confident with them as one of my favorites in the LHAC and District.

Apparently Bishop McCort traded a football player to Conemaugh Valley for three junior high cheerleaders.

The kid is real fast, hopefully it works out for him. Thought he had some potential, things just didn't work out for him at McCort.
Re: Scrimmage reports - Week 1
United struggled stopping the passing attack of Conemaugh Township, but Township really couldn't stop the power running attack of United either. United was sticking in this one and it seems like there is a new attitude there. This scrimmage has been bad for the Lions in the past few years, but this one was pretty competitive.

Any word on how Bellwood did against Central?

Central looked amazing. Offense scored 4 times, should have been more, fumbled on the goal line once but had no issues at all moving the ball. BA had some big running plays but looked sloppy and definitely missing their QB from last year.rainmaker wrote:Any word on how Bellwood did against Central?
