This weather caused no problems for the quips, if u know anything about them they are a ground and pound team, however SF is a throwing team so it should have hurt them more, with that being said they all had to play in the same weather

Wintry conditions/bad footing always hurt a defense that is trying to stop the pass more than the offense doing the passing . The offense knows which way it is going, the defense doesnt, I think the snow negated their athletes a bit. I dont know if it would of gave the Quips the edge like Manfred says, but it certainly wouldnt of hurt their defensive backs to be playing on a dry turf surface. That dont explain the blown coverages though...

But yeah, didnt effect Quips offense. Heck, it probably felt like playing at home. Carl Aschmann Stadium is one of the worst surfaces in all of PA and probably the most intimidating place to play since the Wolvarena got upgraded.....

Snow and bad conditions can take away the cuts and acceleration that the Aliquippa kids have. I didn't watch the game, but both teams had the same conditions, and it was settled by a touchdown. It happens.

Doesn't seem like any of them are agreeing with you? Ppl like you hate to be wrong and can't admit when u are, like the guy said earlier in this post the quips field is horrible year round so they should have know to play on a bad field, did u watch the game on tv at all? Then you would know they stopped both of the backs. Dravon only had 70 yds and Swanson only had 120
