Pat Chambers isn't worried what you think and most of this board isn't either.

Ain't that the truth. Chambers is a "me, myself and I" type of guy. Forget about everyone else.

Sure it does. He WANTED to make things LOOK GOOD for his B-Ball program. Instead, things looked bleak when very few showed up, even after being bribed to attend.

It's getting close to Apr. 15. His CPA told him he needed more deductions. :))

Here we go again. From today's pennlive.com, the headline read: Patrick Chambers says Graham Woodward's transfer was not his idea, but being a full-time PG was not in the cards." And thus Woodward, the true freshman from Minnesota, will be leaving the program after this term is over. Pat Chambers said, "he wanted a different role than the one we were using him, to be the point guard. With heralded guard Shep Garner entering PSU next season, that was not happening. It wasn't as if his transfer was my decision." Haven't we heard this before? Dumping a kid because someone else who was supposedly better was coming along??? You remember, BO'B convincing Steve Bench that his playing minutes would be few and far between because Hackenberg was on his way. We just saw it again with Chambers, Woodward and the incoming Shep Garner. Imagine that.

Yep, like BO'B and Bench, I wouldn't consider encouraging Woodward to get better, practice harder, and take the bull by the horns and make his dream come true. Just slough him off and he'll just go away.

I don't understand the issue. A coach was upfront with a players status on the team, he didn't like it so he left. Would it be better for chambers to lie to the kids face and make playing time guarantees he can't keep.
