Why do they keep playing Snider? He can't consistently hit and he is not very good defensively. I'm pretty sure Tabata hit like .280 last season and he is much better defensively. I understand that Snider has potential to be a power hitter but he just hasn't shown any signs of improvement.

Snider I think is an above average overall outfielder. Hitting, I have heard he has power but has showed 0 since coming to Pittsburgh. He does have some good at bats though seeing quite a few pitches, went the other way on a nice at bat yesterday. I like Tabata but they are going with a platoon. Tabata has just never gotten back to where he was a few years ago. Wish he would he looked like he was going to be pretty good.

I thought he had a solid year last season but it seems like they have given up on him. I think he'll be dealt at the dead line.

It's a straight up platoon, and the Bucs haven't seen a lefty yet. Hence why no Gaby or Tabata starts yet.

I like that their platooning Gaby just in my opinion I think Tabata has shown to be better right now and should get 70 percent of the starts. I think he can hit right handers just as good as Snider and he offers more to the team until Polanco comes up.
