Not looking hot for okc. What do you think Scott Brooks should do. And Westbrooks brother tweeted. Time for okc to get a new coach. What's your in put?

Idk why people watch the NBA.... Teamwork is absent... Games are so and just aren't entertaining... Do yourself a favor and just don't watch it! Your eyes will thank you later

If you don't like it, you don't like it, that's fine. A lot of people do. This topic was talking about this particular series, not whether you like it or not. Some could say hockey isn't entertaining because the best players can be completely neutralized, a team can dominate and lose 1-0, and with that, it makes the game excruciating slow and boring. Hockey involves a lot of breaks, bounces, and luck, whereas basketball you know the stars are going out and making plays, and you a team that dominates the little things actually wins the game, a hockey game can't guarantee that.
With all that said, the NBA and NHL playoffs are very entertaining, and they run alongside each other with the same 16 team tournament 4 best of 7 series to win the title. I don't get why people in Western Pennsylvania scoff at the NBA. It's not a competition between the two sports, but hockey fans always seem like the play the disrespected card or something. Enjoy both, or enjoy one. No need to trash the other one, they're both good and entertaining.
As for the series itself, OKC struggles with Westbrook's decision making at times. He just doesn't have a great sense in certain moments you would hope your point guard would have. Westbrook's individual talent and athleticism is ridiculous, but he needs to stop taking the jump shots KD should be taking. Westbrook can beat anyone off the bounce, but when he settles for jumpers, he's not nearly as effective. Memphis isn't your everyday 7 seed. A frontcourt with Gasol and Randolph is tough to go up against, they're size and physical play definitely bothers OKC.

Another thing, I think Durant can be passive. He knows Westbrook is a top 15-20 player in the league himself, and let's him go. But Durant is a top 2 player in the league, go take control of your team.

And the real problem for OKc is they are playing against a team built to win series not regular series game. Memphis is well balanced and can run multiple offensive and defensive game plans. Okc is a 1 or 2 trick pony and can't adjust as good as the Griz... Memphis has a San Antonio like roster, not as deep and talented, but they work the same way. It's why they have upset really good teams in the past few years

@crimson's Ghost. I agree with you on that. The topic has nothing to do with do you like nba. But yes agreed. Westbrook needs to keep to the drive. Maybe move him to 2 guard. Bring d Fisher in as 1. way more experienceed. And I'm disappointed in Scott Brooks for only bringing Jeremy lamb in for only 1 minute the champion from u conn. (I believe). He has proven himself to me 22 points. But idk. How do I feel?

Just for the record - it is the Memphis (formerly of Vancouver) Grizzlies.
You should watch the NBA before you criticize it. But then again, everyone is entitled to an opinion. These guys are the greatest athletes in the world. Period. Their size and athleticism is unparalleled in any other sport. And as far as teamwork... watch the playoffs and you will see that it takes teamwork and talent to win. The ball must move on offense, and teams must be committed to playing defense. That why current coaches like Greg Popovich, Tom Thibodeau, Doc Rivers, and Mark Jackson are able to get so much out of their teams year in and year out. Anyone who challenges that the NBA isn't a team game just wants to pick a fight. Look, I hate hockey, but I don't run around calling the NHL boring figure skaters with sticks.
