Yeah, Davitch wasn't a long time hire. He may do another year, but I've heard he might only be a one year coach also.

Coaches are like Chefs. None of them can make chicken soup from chicken poop. But the good ones can make it edible

I hope Coach Davitch is gone after this year, but hiring Fleming not sure about, will he have enough time to coach football and run the schoool down at McCort? Maybe McCort should look at Forest Hills coaching staff, alot of people feel they have good Assistant Coaches on that staff that might do good job at McCort. If Fleming becomes the HeadCoach down at McCort, I hope he hires a new coaching staff starting with the 7th/8th grade staff to Varsity. If he doesn't you will see no improvement at McCort!
