This was a sad event and i'm sorry to say it was induced by the coaching staff. Anyone that was on the sidelines will tell you how classless MOST Of the Clairton players and staff were. Only a few guys went over to BG...Lamont, Williams and maybe one or two..but only until coach Wade came over and dragged them back while bawling and bitching that "we aren't allowed to shake hands so my players aint either". Totally disgusting. I've NEVER seen losing players bawling on the field as much as I did today...and BG...they held ALL their players in check......good job by them.

Sanctions are called for. The kids learn what they are taught. This is another example of proof of the cultural differences that exist in this country. "Can't we all just get along" total BS.

There Will Be consequences.
Maybe good, ....if the PIAA, WPIAL, and Clairton School Board take appropriate punitive action.
Maybe bad,...if there is Inaction.

Many people have said it in different ways, but it is true: Athletic Competition (all sports) can teach young men/women Life Lessons that help, or hurt, them later on.

When a person, later on in life, loses their job to downsizing/fired/company closure, etc....is their response to "Get up, find the positive, and keep moving ahead."? OR, is their response to, "Go postal."

Look at Ferguson, MO. as an example. Don't get the Court ruling you want,....try to peacefully change the system,...OR Riot, Pillage and Destroy, like it's your birthright?

PIAA, WPIAL, Clairton School Board,....the ball is in your court. What message do you WANT to send? Because, make No Mistake about it......INACTION Will send a message.

I was addressing actions, not the color of the people performing them.

Wrong is wrong, regardless of what color you are.
Yes, there are things in life that are that cut and dried. No ambiguity.

ferguson is a bad example of how people react. How others have reacted to the eric garner situation is different. One town went to riots the other being peaceful

Crimson...it wasn't just a couple. It was a meltdown. This was about as bad as the Sto Rox - Trinity basketball fiasco several years ago. Watch near the end of the game and it appears the player with the cast on kicks the BG kid the play before this. Then the next play the kid tries to go wild again and the MLB tried holding him back. One Clairton kid threw his helmet in the air (not at anyone) and the BG kids started pointing for the refs to see it. That is when it all broke loose.
