Ok the last 2 should show up on the site. I typically only use the app so I had no idea the first 2 were not showing.

good solid BALANCED all area list. Mirror did a good job with it. Amazing to think every position gets a player on their list.

Altoona and Johnstown newspaper All Star lists

Altoona Mirror always does a nice job with their work. Do they only cover 8 teams? I thought their reach was a little bigger. I thought they went as far East as Ebensburg.

Mount Union is not in the Mirror coverage area. They do include teams like Penn Cambria, Central Cambria, and Cambria Heights, but that is as far as they go in that direction.

The AM covered 28 teams in their pre-season issue, 8/26/2014. But, they only look at 24 teams for their post season All-Area teams, leaving out;
Blacklick Valley
Forest Hills
Mt Union
State College

They are at home still trying how they didn't win the D6 championship. Everyone in Mt Union told them they would !!

The AM, according to the sports editor, basically "hard covers" local teams like altoona, tyrone, BA, BG and such....anything farther they consider outside their main coverage. They preview the conferences those teams play in for the most part.
