Guilfoyle 56 Camp Hill 20. Might be a game for a half, BG's size will wear them down.

I agree with crimson for the most part. 55-21 BG I don't think they will have to wear then down though. I believe BG will push them around from the first snap.

Re: Camp Hill vs. BG (Quarterfinals)
I would disagree on the Portage comparison. Portage was blown out because they had no other scheme other than running the ball. They didn't complete a single pass the week before against Bellwood. You aren't going to defeat BG by running the ball up the middle (ex: Weeks 1-13). This is why I think Camp Hill will be a much greater threat. BG just hasn't faced the level of skill this season that Shuster (Michigan) will display with his pass game on Friday. Don't be surprised if you see some déjà vu with Camp Hill scoring early & probably often. Zach Kuntz (6'7 & All-American) will be a primary target for Shuster and like I said in my first post, BG will need to adjust faster than last year defensively if they want to stay in the game since this Camp Hill squad is even better than last season's. I'm surprised at all of these lopsided predictions.ExRaided wrote:There's a couple flaws in your "argument". The main one is BG is ranked 35 while CH is 158. While sometimes that means nothing, the other flaw is the schedules. The first few games for CH were teams with rankings in the 500s. That's bottom of the state teams, no big deal because it was 50 point wins. There was a rather drastic change in the margin of victory over teams in the 200-400 rankings. They seemed to drop down to 3-20 point wins. A loss to a 170, near loss to a 140 and a tight game with a 230 ranked team shows this team is nothing special. I'll say they're a portage caliber team seeing as the results of their schedules are similar except CH hasn't played anyone near as good as Berlin, let alone BG..yet. And they're 5 spots apart in the rankings! We saw how Portage did against BG, expect a similar score.RamsFootball wrote:Do not see BG able to hang around this time around. CH 42 BG 14
BG on the other hand played much larger school which were ranked fairly high and dismantled them. Oh yeah, they're defending state champions that are on track for another title fight with Clairton. They know what they have to do to take care of business. I'm not taking anything from Camp Hill but they are HIGHLY outclassed.
I'll take BG 56-14
Re: Camp Hill vs. BG (Quarterfinals)
Yeah I may overshot the score a bit. I didn't know that CH was such a passing threat but I'll still take BG something in the neighborhood of 42-28 at best for CH. And the comparison to portage wasn't about how they play. It was mostly their results and rankings. I just don't see how CH has a rough time competing with average to good teams but people think they will knock off an elite BG team.MrReliable wrote:

Agree with everything SFB14 said and the score. I think CH might score another touchdown in 4th qtr when game is no longer in doubt. 45 - 21 and not even that close. CH won't be able to match the line play from BG.

I am not a BG fan but after seeing them play twice this season there is not a road block in the way that will stop this team from going back to Hershey for a rematch with Clairton...BG 35-21

Re: Camp Hill vs. BG (Quarterfinals)
I'm guessing many of you haven't seen Camp Hill this year. This will be the best team BG faces since Clairton last year...Camp Hill is loaded, Shuster is having a monster year and he is a serious dual threat. Their defense is quick and they have the athletes to match up with BG...This will be a great game. I do give the advantage to BG up front, but they'll have to be fast. Shuster get's rid of the ball quick
Re: Camp Hill vs. BG (Quarterfinals)
Then answer this for me. Why does Camp Hill's schedule/scores not impress me? Their wins against average to good opponents were nothing impressive. They even struggled with some of them and lost one. How is a team like that to compete with BG? Do they play up/down to their competition?billmurray wrote:I'm guessing many of you haven't seen Camp Hill this year. Raven,
Please slow down, your breaking my bank. You took Bellwood over Portage, I put some nice
money down and loss. Then you picked Tyrone over Juniata, I thought I would get my money back,
I doubled down and loss. Now the BG vs Camp Hill game, good golly molly what should I do?
When was the last time you changed batteries in your eight ball?

HAHAHA Oh look it's my old "Arch Nemesis" Grasshopper...long time no see!!! Hey when teams like Bellwood and Tyrone are always in the mix of winning D6 Championships, it's hard to pick against them!!! I think all this rain fried the batteries in my eight ball!!! I just don't think anyone needs a magic crystal ball to say that it would take a miracle for BG not to go back to the State finals this year...then again with the rate I have been going as of late with my picks who knows!!!
