All-American LB Brendan Ferns will announce his decision on signing day and is down to WVU and PSU with the Mountaineers being the favorite.

As a PSU fan that sucks but its good to see he went to PITT at least. I've watched him play live twice and on film several time. He looked better at safety than as a reciever. But if a kid really wants to play one side over the other than i would imagine they will get the best out of him at reciever.
