How did BGU boys do against B-A?

Bgu lost 78-71 to ba. They play at richland tonight vs somerset for the lhac championship. They played earlier at bgu in the year and somerset won by 33 points, but somerset hit a bunch of 3's and played a darn near perfect game. Expect this one to be closer.

BG lost 78-71 to BA. Great high school basketball game. Bellwood was up 12 or 14 at the half, BG cut it to 4 and Bellwood went back up 14. From there BG made a furious rally and tied the game with under 2 minutes to go. Davis from Bellwood hit a Steph Curry like 3 with a hand in his face to give the lead back to Bellwood and then had 3 FTs later to pretty much ice the game. It was a great atmosphere with two good teams. BA will be a tough out in the playoffs, they have a lot of offensive options. BG's schedule is brutal (4 games in this week alone with 3 nights in a row- Johnstown, BA, & Somerset tonight) and has been for a few weeks. When they get in to the playoffs it should benefit them.

Congrats to Somerset on their first lhac championship in like 30 years. Thank god for Jake, because he carried them especially with Dylan having a bad flu bug. Congrats on a hard fought game and to bg for runner up. Good luck in the playoffs.
