The winner of the previous weeks picks the following week's 20 games.  Just throwing it out there.

I think in theory it's a good idea, but everyone would kind of have to agree to it.  Maybe let it run for a few weeks, and see who is still around and we'll see if that's something we can do.  The first 2-3 weeks I'll just do it myself and see what happens.
