Ligonier Vandalism? ??
I knew about this before but waited until I had verification to bring it up. An article in the Indiana Gazette today confirmed it. During the game with PM at Ligonier, aprox. 15 cars were severely scraped with a key or screwdriver. All the cars had PM stickers in the windows. My question is. Have any other Schools had this problem there? I have been to many games there and usually the only problem is the student section spitting on the PM band. (Yes I have witnessed this myself).
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever!!!

Ligonier thinks they are head and shoulders above every other school in every aspect, so this doesn't surprise me.

I have never had this problem anywhere. It's really embarrassing... I truly hope they find and punish whomever was responsible.Blueandwhitefan wrote:I knew about this before but waited until I had verification to bring it up. It really doesn't surprise me either. I was hoping to hear something from the liggy people. Such as, was anything done or even investigated. Usually with small schools in small towns, someone brags.D6fan34 wrote:Ligonier thinks they are head and shoulders above every other school in every aspect, so this doesn't surprise me.

We've all heard the stories, players trashing locker rooms, eggs & rocks thrown at buses as they leave post-game.
It ain't over until it's over.

I remember portage giving problems during playoffs. Both us and PL had issues when we played playoff games there. Fans throwing drinks and rocks at the bus in and out of town.
Liggy is was the worst though, they would do that to players during the game

So it is ok to post about vandalism at a certain school ( which does not appear to be done by anyone on the football team) But not allowed to be a post if it discussed a player getting in trouble and deciding to transfer

That's unfortunate. I just read the letter to the editor in the Indiana Gazette that the OP refers to. I was at the Ligonier-Penns Manor game last season, and it also was in Ligonier. Why did they get the home game in back to back years?

It's just how the schedule goes to balance home and away at the start of a new cycle. We played Juniata Valley at home last year and again this year as well. We also travelled to Northern Bedford and Everett last year and do it again this year.

Last year, someone from Ligonier threw something and hit a United Band Member in the face. Tough to prove in an area full of people as to whom it was. There are plenty of other stories from other Heritage school about Ligonier and student behavior
