Berlin at Conemaugh Township
5-0 vs 5-0. Westpac championship likely on the line. Berlin dealing with injuries. Rivalry game.
Lots of storylines, what will happen?

Well looking out the window right now, I'd say this is going to be a slopfest.

I haven't seen either team play. But if the offenses haven't changed much, the weather should play more into CT's advantage. Berlin (again have not seen them this year) tries to get outside and beat you with speed, where as CT is a straight ahead running game. Also Berlin historically; while relying on the run more than the pass, did incorporate more passing into their offense than CT has. That may not be an option tomorrow night. Where is the game being played?

Look for a low scoring defense battle. Both defenses are playing well. CT actually has the better passing game. Both run it well. Whoever doesn't turn it over will win this one.
Re: Berlin at Conemaugh Township
Agreed, two defenses are only giving up an average of 174 (Twp) and 133 (Berlin) yards per game. For all you mathematicians out there, that's not even 2 trips up the field. Stay tuned folks, this has the makings of a really slow game written all over it.superstar25 wrote:Look for a low scoring defense battle. Both defenses are playing well.
