Last I checked PC QB is 5'9". There is no problem with him seeing over the line. The problem I see is when in shot gun formation the QB needs to be back 5 yards not 4 . Receiving the snap at 4 yards the line is already collapsing  and he has about 3 seconds to get rid of the ball.
