I know they look at size and measurables, I thought he had enough size to get a look at FBS anyway.

Doesn't matter, Penn is the better choice.

There's a kid at Pitt that's a backup QB and will likely never see the field, he changed his mind on Penn to go to Pitt. It's not that Pitt is a bad education or anything, but he could have started at Penn and gotten that Ivy League degree.
