I agree with what your saying I was stating and responding to post not about his abilities but as far as leadership I was saying the leadership on that team belongs to the Seniors Gibson,Loe, and PriceCrimson's Ghost wrote:I think Barber does a nice job, but he was inconsistent at times. But it's not like they can throw the next guy out there and expect similar results. He's been the guy all year and he's 10-1 with some pretty good numbers.

Yeah it's pretty clear the seniors seem to run the ship. Barber and Shamar Jones will likely be the captains/leaders next year.

Agree with what you are saying just disagreeing with pervious post about leaders on that team . I have to go Gibson, Loe and Price that's their team They will do what it takes to win Friday .Crimson's Ghost wrote:I think Barber does a nice job, but he was inconsistent at times. Any updates on Lezzer's college choice? According to his Rivals profile, he has a number of options.
Army/Navy/Air Force/Buffalo/Eastern Michigan appear to be his FBS offers. He has some good FCS ones like Youngstown State, New Hampshire, Charleston Southern ect.
He also has some Ivy League offers like Harvard and Yale.
So, not short on quality choices for the next level.

Penna said in the paper that it'll be Exree Loe playing QB if Barber is not ready to go.

Yeah Loe played QB last week in replace of Barber. He did not attempt a pass, and has only attempted 1 in his career. So it'll be interesting to see him play QB for a full game if it has to happen.
Earlier in the thread someone mentioned they could try an alternative QB, that's why I figured it was noteworthy Penna laid it out clearly in the paper.
