Class AAAAAA State Title Thread: St. Joseph Prep vs. Central Catholic
[center]Pittsburgh Central Catholic (14-1) vs. St. Joseph's Prep (13-0)[/center]

[left]Well this is the game we all expected back in August, and these two teams held up their end of the bargain. Saint Joseph's Prep is ranked 15th in the country by USA Today. They are the real deal. They beat an undefeated North Penn team in the state semifinal. They hold two out-of-state wins as well. They are led by D'Andre Swift, who is arguably the best running back in the country. He's heading to Georgia. [/left]
[left]Pittsburgh Central Catholic rolled through the WPIAL this season, and rolled through everyone in the playoffs. Their only loss this season was back in August to Washington DC powerhouse St. John's. The Vikings are led by a pair of Notre Dame commitments, David Adams and Kurt Hinnish. Penn State commitment CJ Thorpe is a big time player. In fact, their whole line will be going Division 1-AA or better. They have some really talented underclassmen as well and probably have over a dozen or so Division One players on this roster. Also for a local connection, former Bishop McCort Head Coach Kevin Sheridan is on the Vikings' staff. [/left]
