COBL Preseason Rankings

[Crimson's Ghost]

City of Basketball Love is a Philadelphia-based basketball site, but they cover more than just Philly.  The old Patriot-News writer that used to handle the state basketball rankings handles them for COBL now. 

Class A - Saltsburg #6, Southern Fulton #9. Shanksville #10.   Bishop Carroll - Honorable Mention
Class AA - Bishop Guilfoyle - #7, 
Class AAA - Central Cambria - #10, Westmont - Honorable Mention.

#6 seems kinda high for Saltsburg. I mean, they didn't make it out of districts last year, and have zip for height.
