Gunner that was a stupid post. You might not want courtside vip seats to Pitt's games. But I'm sure millions of other people would love to have them. They are ranked 4th in the country. So there must be something good that comes out of Pitt.

i know i would rather play in front of +100k ppl at beaver stadium than play infront of 40k if that at heinz.

also, psu basketball is not all that bad if u throw the women into the mix considering mazzante is the all-time scorer mens/womens in the big ten

Major coup for PSU w/ Morelli signing, but coach no more Robinson? Morelli will most likely be red shirted this year or JoePa will make him a linebacker!

deliverance put urself in a college atheletes shoes...would u rather PLAY for JoePa infront of 110,000 people or WATCH one of the best bball teams in the country? picking a college based solely on being able to get vip courtside seats to see their #4 ranked bball team is absolutely insane...im pretty sure the NBA doesnt draft fans...could b wrong tho

I think this signing provides the best case scenario for PSU. Robinson is an athlete, he is not a qb. Penn state is thin at WR, so now with morelli on board JoePa has someone he can rely on at the backup qb for Mills and also the successor. Joe said several times this year that the reason robinson did not take more snaps at RB and WR was because he was the backup qb and had 2 be ready if mills got hurt. Robinson can be on the field more, which is where belongs, now he just wont be under center anymore.
