That's good. Wouldn't want him to lose his baseball scholarship or anything.

It was a cheap shot! Everyone knows you have a better chance to beat FH without their QB. Cecere is a flat out stud! If you want to hit him hard go for it! Just make it a clean and fair hit! Not a late one at his knees. It should never be the intention of an athlete to cause injury to another athlete at any level. #guessyoudontknowitall #karma #goodsportsmenship goodmanfredout [emoji1422]

Last year, a Westmont player blindsided a BC kid on opening kickoff, (he wasn't even in the play) after the play was over.  The player was on the ground screaming in pain and the Westmont player was celebrating. No penalty but just low class.

His parents didn't go rushing onto the field. He was walking with an ice bag on it. He did not go to the ER. I'm no MD, but just like the Farmers Insurance commercial, I know a thing or 2, because I've seen a thing or 2.

Films up on Hudl.  Pass leaves hand , 2 count and said player launches at knee, no attempt to tackle.  Even better is the punch to the head he takes on his first scramble, while laying on the ground.   I don't have any issue with guys playing hard and laying legal hits on opponents but there was obviously intent on the Westmont teams part to get physical with Adam Cecere as these two incidents were 2 different Westmont players.

Every football team I ever played on the coaches preached to get physical with the quarterback.  To label a program dirty because of one hit is a bit of an over reach.
Just curious, would you call a  John Franco run program dirty?   His team had 5 personal fouls against Johnstown.  Of course you wouldn't and neither would I.
BTW, I'm glad the kid is ok.

A questionable play by an individual player doesn't make an entire program dirty.

I think his focus is more on coaches also giving low fives to these plays.... That in a sense is dirty play
