Pitt Basketball
Re: Pitt Basketball
As heartbreaking as Penn State basketball is. I never thought they'd be in a better state than Pitt with the basketball programs. Dixon probably should've gone because I feel he peaked during his time at Pitt, and wasn't going to take them to the next level, but they screwed up with the replacement. Its pretty bad when the wrestling program made a better hire for a head coach than the basketball program, which Pitt fans would probably rather have.

That's encouraging Keith Gavin is thought of as an OK hire. I really wasn't sure how he was thought of as a coach.

7 points in the first half. And the thing is, I'm not shocked by that. They need a new coach as soon as the season is over. You can't justify otherwise.

Yeah I think the Stallings will be over after the final two games. It’s becoming more and more apparent.
Keep an eye on Micah Shrewsberry, Boston Celtics assistant coach. His name will come up in the Pitt coaching search.
