Number of games allowed per week

Is there a number of games that HS are allowed to play per week? Can a team play 4 games in a week? Not sure if the PIAA sets that number or if they don’t even care.

I don’t believe there is a set rule. Weather has forced the issue sometimes, and accommodating a non-conference game sometimes calls for it. 

I don’t think many coaches willingly attempt to schedule four games a week, but sometimes that’s how it goes.

If CH and BG don’t reschedule their game from Monday to tomorrow or Friday then one of these teams will have to play four game one of the next two weeks. And if it is pushed to the following week Feb 11th and BG makes the LHAC then they could be playing four games that week.

Also, isn’t the 9th the cutoff for games to be counted for playoffs?

Does anyone know when the LHAC semifinals and finals are scheduled to be played? and then when will the first round in districts start?

I'm guessing the LHAC title will be Saturday February 16th, and the district playoffs will get rolling the following Monday the 18th.

It looks like the last regular season games for the LHAC are on the 11th (Monday), so the semifinal will likely be Wednesday or Thursday, and the championship Saturday if I had to guess.
