Look at Ohio State 5 years ago for a season.

These are the latest STUD teams. These teams also had a bad year or two in the last 6 or so. PSU has had more than that, but they won't be bad forever.

Alabama won the national championship in 1992. Where have they been lately? Sometimes when you slide backward, recovery is a long way off.

Alot of Alabama's problems stemmed from NCAA infractions. They dug themselves such a big hole, its hard to get out of. Especially playing against Auburn and LSU lately.

Well then how about the Steelers? They're still looking for "one for the thumb" aren't they? Again, how long does it take for a program to rebound? In many cases longer than you think. Bob Prince once said, "The longer you lose, the closer you come to winning". Is this true in college football?

A few days late on this one, BUT yes the Steelers are looking for one for the thumb. They haven't fallen upon too hard of times though as they have been to the AFC Championship numerous times (isn't easy to get there) and they lost a SB. At least they're still pretty darn good year in and year out.

That's not the topic though. The video is great and I honestly watch it about every day...I'm weird like that...

I have some copies of "The Penn State Story" from the last 2 years. You know, seen at 11:30 every Sunday morning on Channel 10. If you listen to Guy Junker narrate them, you'd think that PSU went 11-0 in those years. (He's even MORE convincing during basketball season). Maybe chsfootball would feel something watching these. Like nauseous!!!
