Week 2 in the ICC
Week 2 in the ICC
7-1 last week. I missed MV vs BEA. I was very close on my scores for NB vs Glendale and Will vs CK
Tussey Mountain @ Northern Bedford
The Titans gave a good effort vs. Central last weekend and NBC started off with a victory over Glendale. This game is a rivalry game and NBC has had a huge edge as of late. Tussey Mountain is a very good team as Taylor and Barnett are both tough to defend. If NBC can run on Tussey Mountain like they did against Glendale this will be a good game. To beat Tussey you have to prevent the big play as much as possible. This is your classic speed vs power matchup and it should be an interesting game. I'll take NB because they have Tussey's number right now.
TM 20 - NBC 21
Mo Valley @ Bellwood
Mo Valley and Bellwood both shocked me this week. I didn't think that Bellwood would play with Tyrone like they did especially after seeing the run game really slowed down. Burch and Sherkel can both air it out. Could this be an upset type of game with Mo Valley coming in after the Tyrone hangover?
Bellwood 28 - MV 13
Mount Union @ Juniata Valley
Mount Union is really good. JV is down.
Mount Union 60 - JV 6
Williamsburg @ Southern Huntingdon
Two 1-0 teams that have both struggled in recent years. For Williamsburg to have a shot at the playoffs they need this game. If Southern starts off 2-0...well, it still won't help too much as they have a tough schedule that will probably keep them at less than 5 wins. I think Southern is the more physical team and will be slight favorites in this one. Williamsburg has some skill guys that are pretty good too. This is another speed vs power type of game. This should be a great game.
Williamsburg 27 - SH 26 in OT
West Branch @ Claysburg
West Branch with a back toting the ball for 30+ times for 200+ yards is something you see almost every time they win in recent memory. There is another tough back taking carries for the Warriors in Smeal. Claysburg has a nice talent in Johnson but I think that West Branch will be too physical for them. This should be another fun game to watch this week in the ICC.
West Branch 21 - Claysburg 19
Glendale @ Everett
Everett played well for a half vs. Ridge and then Ridge got physical and took control. Glendale has one of the most dominant players in the league in Shea O'Donnell. Everett has a nice combo in Sheaffer and Jay. I heard that Woy was injured this past week and I don't know what his status is. Everett is the better team here and should cruise to their first victory of 2014.
Everett 32 - Glendale 12

You were very very close on those two games missing both scores by 1 point, WOW. Also, you had a great forecast on SHC by 10 over Jun V, it was 28-18 SHC. You did miss Mo V over BEA and W Br over P-O, both huge upsets. Overall it was great forecasting.

No one is giving Claysburg or Glendale a chance I say they will surprise some people and win those games

Re: Week 2 in the ICC
I could see Claysburg winning, I don't see it with Glendale. Shaffer and Jay are good players, Everett should win the game.
