Mountain league week 6

Post by Eaglealum »

Penns Valley @ Philipsburg
The rams lost a shootout with Huntingdon last week and look to take it out on Mounties. And well, this may be PO's last shot at a W in 2014. They're a decided dog in this but they give it a shot.
PV 35 PO 27

Clearfield @ Bellefonte
The bison may have turned a corner with their young guys in an impressive 11pt win over a good Brockway team. Not good news for a battered group of Raiders.
Clearfield 42 Bellefonte 13

Tyrone at BEA
The annual "gathering of the eagles" is all Golden
Tyrone 43 BEA 13

Ligonier Valley @ Huntingdon
Huge game for both teams playoff chances. Almost a must win for both. I'm guessing the cats are working on their tackling this week.
Huntingdon 25 LV 20

Game of the Week *****
Central @ Chestnut Ridge
Dragons have been gaining steam and starting to roll.unofficial Mountain league Ridge has proven to be better than the bottom of the conference teams and are tough at home. Has makings of a good one.
Central 28 Ridge 21

Penns Valley, PO goes out in style this season 0-10

Clearfield

Tyrone- It will surprising if this game isn't over at halftime

LV in a close one, could go either way

Central pulls out a close win, remains one of the tough teams to beat

I don't think Huntingdon beating a 3-2 Ligonier team at home would be an upset of any kind.

I'd have to agree. They aren't a BAD team, they just aren't on the same level of the 3 teams that have beat them this year.

I'd stay the course with everyone else's pick. Central over Ridge in a close one in the game of the week.
