Tyrone at Chestnut Ridge Official Open Thread
Same deal with the BG-Somerset game, this is a really good playoff tuneup. Don't always get big matchups like this to close out the season.
Thoughts, predictions, injury updates
Post them here, I know we have some loyal fans on here from both sides. This should be a good one.

Tyrone has been shielding the injured for the past couple weeks now. I believe everyone will return this week. I am not going to predict a score or outcome, I'll let that up to those who don't have a stake in the game, but I think it will be a good destination for people who like football on Friday night.

Tyrone 21-10
My Dragons lost to both of these teams so based on that I'm going with Tyrone. After the Tyrone loss I excepted the fact the better team won that night. After the Ridge loss I felt like we let them get away with one. Ridge is a good team, good tackling, solid run game and a very smart QB who plays well within the offense. I just don't think they will be able to match up in the trenches with Tyrone.

Re: Tyrone at Chestnut Ridge Official Open Thread
Had to work the night we played Central, and have to work Friday.
This should be a dandy. Teams mirror each other a bit. Ridge has a couple Wiley's in the backfield, tyrone has a couple Hunters. Turnovers and line play will decide this one. Ridge will come out with a bang on senior night. If the Eagles can start fast or at least hang in early, I like their chances. Either way its an awesome playoff tuner. Hope both stay healthy!!

I have seen both teams once this year and am going with Ridge 28-21.
Re: Tyrone at Chestnut Ridge Official Open Thread
I'm curious, haven't both these teams scrimmaged each other the past few years? Did they this year too knowing they played each other in the regular season. Is that unusual if they did?
Re: Tyrone at Chestnut Ridge Official Open Thread
I know they scrimmaged Ligonier, Bedford and BG, but I don't know about Tyrone.
