Whoever has the pitching might have a shot. Other than Central, I don't think anyone in the area, let alone the LHAC, will make any kind of a run.

I'd think Bedford should have a pretty strong squad again this year. Lost two starters from last years state quarterfinal squad. The way it looks outside right now, we won't know anything about baseball for some time.

What does it mean District 5 AA formed a "sub region" with district 6? Do they compete in a bracket with district 6 for a title now or does district 5 still have their own playoffs?

It probably means d5 is just thrown in with d6.

if that is true, D5 won't be stuck with playing the WPIAL champ right out the gate as well... Also an opportunity to play at the Curve stadium in the district championship
