Pens roster attending Johnstown game
Re: Pens roster attending Johnstown game
Tickets for tonight's game against Detroit are still available. They range in price from $35 to $230.
It's not 1981 anymore. Johnstown should be happy Malkin showed up. And I bet many were. And who wasn't? For the most part I would say people who didn't go to the game and probably aren't big hockey fans anyhow.
Trivia question. Who uttered this famous line just minutes after the game: I have to get out of this damm dump.
A. Bob Costas
B. Ollie Maatta
C. Lily Braden
D. Jeremy Roenick
E. All of the above
Did Al Steele refer to the Penguins as the Pirates when he announced the final score?

Just like crosby the pens are proving to act like douches too. It was a dumb move that shouldn't ever of been made. End of story, any fighting it just shows 0 class

And calling people "douches" just oozes class.
"fighting it" just shows a difference in opinion... or exactly what this message board is intended for. abpk and I agree on about 90% of the stuff thats discussed. We disagree on this. Sometimes ya just gotta agree to disagree.... or argue for 7 weeks about it. Either works.
Stick to high school football.

I think a lot of people are arguing just to argue at this point. Good night for Johnstown, it's a shame Sidney Crosby wasn't a part of it. Hope he's rested for tonight's game and performs well.
Re: Pens roster attending Johnstown game
Yeah I mean Crosby has represented his products (hockey, NHL, Penguins, ect) extremely well over the years. I must have missed Mario, I guess that helps the cause.
Still don't buy the rest theory BUT the Penguins have the most marketable team in the league so they probably need to pick and choose their responsibilities throughout a long season.
A week until puck drop.

As Allen Iverson once said: We're talking about practice, not a game!

A friend of mine sent me a picture of Mario in the press box last night. I didn't see him other than that but I wasn't there.
